Adventure With Our Big Sisters

After lunch, we took the school's bus together to a museum. Afterward, we walked a couple blocks to an area where we could shop. It is called Three Lanes and Seven Allies; a very famous place in Fuzhou. The architecture of the buildings are a big part of China's history. Today, the buildings are used to house all kinds of shops. Many of us found something to buy and bring back. Many of us also did a lot of bargaining. The shops varied from clothing, bags, toys, food, and much more! It also had a few mini museums and restaurants.

The museum had a huge garden. You can spot really bright orange koi fish in the pond!

Look! We came across a Starbucks while at Three Lanes and Seven Allies
(The prices were pretty much the same as the one back at home)

While at Three Lanes and Seven Allies, Zhang Laoshi, Angela, our big sisters and I, went to check out a dessert place. It was delicious and the prices were pretty good. Their menu had an assortment of fruit drinks, ice cream, puddings, and rice desserts.

Red bean, grass jelly, and green tea ice cream. Yum!

She was my big sister for the day. Her English name is Silia.
